Dear Victor,

You will certainly know by now that we got your boat back in one piece having sailed round Ibiza and Formentera.

We had a fabulous time using the anchor every night. The first evening we had a meal in one of the restaurants in the marina and the last evening at Fernando’s restaurant, which was very good. We also had one meal in a restaurant after watching the sunset from the cliffs in Cala Horta. The rest of the time we cooked on board.

We managed to squeeze about 14 litres of diesel into the tank when we got back from which you will gather that we spent most of the time using the sails. Also we did not need to re-fill the water during the week. This is perhaps because there where only 4 of us on board and perhaps because where we anchored we could use the outside shower rather than the one in the heads. It also helped that we knew that there are two water tanks on board.

Tosca sails very well and also handles well under engine so as you knew when you chose her, a she is very good boat.
